Phil Basten has been active in internet marketing since 1996. He has extensive marketing experience having been involved in the advertising agency industry in Australia for more than 25 years working for such prestigious companies as Ogilvy & Mather, Fortune Advertising and Leo Burnett as a concept creator/ copywriter. His contemporaries dubbed him, the "Ad-Man". He is the developer of the first integrated safelist script on the net, the first safelist submitter on the net called ELP now renames JPE Turbo Mailer and he developed the first advertising randomiser on the net called Instant Cash Magnet, a viral advertising machine.

He is a well know Web Designer and copy writer creating hundreds of sales copy, web sites and auto responders for businesses on the net.

He is the author of the JPE Success Handbook and co edits the WebPro Times, a weekly online ezine. He is co author of Joe? Yes, Mable? Are we Rich Yet? - an e-book on advertising copy that "thinks" outside the box.

He appears in the audio version of Mable's Almost Healthy Cookbook and, is one of the stars of the Joe and Mable Show, an Internet radio " soap opera that takes an irreverent, but humorous, look at internet marketing and real-life situations.

Phil has extensive knowledge in counselling, sales training, as well as the advertising industry. He is a charter member of the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and a holder of their highest diploma, plus he holds a certification in the Australian version of "Train the Trainer," which simply means, he teaches people training methods and techniques so they can train others.

Jane is a pocket dynamo who has a typical New York attitude. "Don't tell me how hard it is or how much effort it will take, get it done." Jane has extensive knowledge of the business world. For 20 years, she ran a multi-million dollar real estate partnership called JED Management Corp in NYC and she started her own successful catering business and an active cart business in New York called, "Janes". Jane joined forces with Phil Basten in 2001 to become the C.E.O. of JPE Advertising.
