Q? There are so many great
programs. Where do I start?
Here's our philosophy. Explore, Focus, Earn.
Many of the programs on the BR site allow you to join as a free affiliate. Some programs
require you to pay a small fee to join. We call these, pay-to-play programs. We strongly
recommend that you become an affiliate of all the free programs and then join two or three
of the paid programs that interest you that you feel you can sink your teeth into.
Next spend time learning about the site or sites you have chosen.
Once you understand the power of what you have here then you can begin to tell others. You
may want to begin by telling people about a specific program you want them to join and,
then send them to your Build Referrals Next Generation affiliate site to join that program
under you.
Can I mail to my Contacts on the BR Mailer about programs other than the ones listed in
the BR Pro Membership area?
Yes you can. The BR contact mailer is your personal contact list and you can mail to your
personal contacts about any program that you are involved in. However, we strongly suggest
that you develop a relationship with your members before you start beating them over the
head with a bunch of offers. This is not the best way to generate maximum profits from
your list. We suggest you download and read our free 'Lord of the Leads' report
which is listed in the BR University section. This report gives you a step by step guide
on how to communicate successfully with your contact list and generate maximum credibility
and trust.
Q? What is your policy on Spam?
We have a strict zero tolerance NO spam policy. We will terminate the account of any
member who engages in spam. Your account will be terminated without notice or warning.
Please refer to our terms of service and Do NOT Spam under any circumstances.
Q? How Do I contact you if I need help?
You can contact us right at the main site anytime. We generally respond within 24-48
hours. If you do not receive a response from us, it is likely that we are not getting
through to the email address you provided us with. Please try to contact us using a
different email address. Do not use hotmail, msn, netscape, zdnetmail or zwallet
addresses. It has become virtually impossible to get email through to these addresses due
to their junk mail filters which often filter out the mail you want.
Q? What is your refund policy?
All Pro Members join the BR Contact Mailer. This program has a one time non-refundable set
up fee. Your Build Referrals Next Generation monthly membership fee of 9.95 per month is
fully refundable for the first 30 days. If you feel that Build Referrals Next Generation
is not right for you, simply cancel anytime within the first 30 days of joining and we
will refund your first months fee no questions asked.
Q? Suppose I want to cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time, but no refund will be due to you in any month,
after the first 30 day cancellation period. In order to stop the recurring payments you
must login to your payment processor and stop the payments there or contact your payment
processor for help. We have no access to your accounts and cannot cancel for you.
Q? Will I lose my memberships in the programs I have joined in the BR Membership
back office if I cancel my BR membership?
No. These are separate programs and you will still be a member of them if you choose to
leave Build Referrals, The Next Generation. What you will lose is (a) access to your
membership area and, (b) your share of the massive advertising campaigns we do everyday
for this site to millions of people. We promote the main generic site which rotates our
members affiliate pages and it's one of the ways we help you build your downlines in the
programs you have joined. You could lose out on a substantial recurring income.
Q? Will I receive a lot of email as a member of Build Referrals, The Next
Generation?
No! Here's what you will receive.
You will receive admin letters from Jane Mark and she does write frequently to keep you
up-to-speed on everything that is going on at Build Referrals. We know you will find
Jane's admin letters helpful, informative and occasionally amusing.
You will receive solo offers sent by JPE Advertising and Mike Glaspie on a regular basis
but no more than once a day and usually less than this. Solo offers are one of the ways we
defray the operating costs of the Build Referrals site as the low monthly membership does
not meet operating costs.
You will receive helpful marketing advice periodically from us designed specifically to
help you grow your Build Referrals, The Next Generation business.
Q? Will there be more programs that I can join?
Yes, We will add new programs and new resources after we have tested them and approved
them. They will always be, in our opinion, the best ones available on the market and the
ones we believe can make you the most money. We do not play favorites, even some of our
close friends do not make the cut with their programs and we suggest changes until they
do. New programs will be announced when they have been added to the members' area.
Q? Will you be scheduling regular conferences online?
Conferences will be scheduled with program owners on a regular basis and we will give you
plenty of notice of when one our guest program owners will appear so you can attend. These
people coming to help you understand the program and how to maximize your earnings with
it.
